Philip is a first-year dual masters student in the LBJ School of Public Affairs and the Cockrell School of Engineering concurrently pursuing a MS in Civil Engineering (Sustainable Systems) and a Master of Public Affairs. He has a Bachelors of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton. Philip is studying the evolution of the urban heat island effect in Austin using historical near-surface meterological observation records.
